To get it go to iGoogle. Then for the theme search penguin and keep looking until you find your favourite club penguin themes. Then on this blog scroll down near the bottom and there will be two widgets. On the top one click 'get widget' and click the G for google at the bottom. Then wait for it to install in your iGoogle page. Then do the same with the one below that.
